Montana Stream Access back in the news with bridge access on the Ruby river- again

With the Montana legislative session past the half way mark it’s been a relief that some representative hasn’t been the puppeteer of special interests trying to stick a fork in Montana’s stream access law- so far.

The latest attack is from a familiar battleground, the Ruby river south of Twin bridges. The Bridges of Madison county. It’s almost the same bridge story as the last one- with a slightly new twist but with the same intent, chipping away Montana’s stream access.
