I missed my chance last summer at some late evening/after dark top water fun for Browns. While fishing under a July full moon nearly till midnight during what seemed like a never ending caddis hatch we ran into a guy who was fishing a mouse pattern for Browns. He wasn’t catching fly eaters, he was catching predators. Enough said.
