Just ran it down. No details other than vote was 8-3. I won’t say I told ya so. I did get a call on Sunday from someone VERY tight in the legislature (not KVD) that basically confirmed today’s vote but weighing things a little more to the side of prudence this time, I kept my yap shut!
Hurray for the good guys! Atta boys and girls to everyone who got out and busted some balls on this bill. Thanks to Kendall Van Dyk, and all the representatives who opposed this bill, Sen. Jim Shockey (R) Victor for crossing the line and standing with us and dropping a real bomb during the hearing in Helena.
Now, to keep this thing in the grave till the session is over so we can really go fishing in peace!

Don’t worry, we’ll find out! Kendall Van Dyk also confirmed the tabling on his FB page. Once the media gets on it in the next day or so we will all know and to be sure, I won’t be bashful about naming names when the time comes!
