Fishy Kids for a Fishy Planet
Finally some folks got together with a rational idea for getting kids involved in fishing, fishing conservation and enjoying the outdoors as well as creating their own works of art to enter in a contest for some serious fishing gear!
Fishy Kids is “brought to you through a collaboration of Sporting Artists, Writers, Educators, and a growing list of Fly-Fishing Manufacturers.”
Last year about this time we were shaking our heads in disbelief at the PETA “Sea Kittens” campaign, another piece of wacko propaganda directed at children from a group that’s been eating to many pesticide laced hydroponically grown vegetables. Let’s give these guys a hand for doing something positive for kids and help them spread the word.
