Tom Chandler raises the bar on Browns for the holiday. Tom’s fishing chum, Wayne Eng layed into a Brown of very considerable proportions that has northern Cal fishermen rattling around in their closets for their fishing gear and area realtors speculating on a new recreational property bubble.
