Overnight snow pack

by Wayne Mumford on January 2, 2009

Between about midnight and 9:30 am the Flathead Valley was buried under a foot and a half of snow. That’s the biggest dump since 1996. Fortunately this snow was pretty light but I still had to climb up on the roof and clear off snow that was crotch deep on the north side of the house. I forgot how much fun that was.
The good news is that overnight we probably are getting close to where we should be with our local snow pack which has been lagging behind a bit.
