Cooler days, less light, leaves floating in the water, ducks and geese overhead, skim ice- its a great time of year but fall is getting short and nostalgia is starting to set in. Its only November, not even really cold yet and I’m already thinking about warm summer days, bugs flying, hungry trout slurping on the surface- not good for one that’s landlocked at 48° north.
