Montana weekly snow pack change

No surprise here, its been snowing just about everywhere in the state this last week. If you have a permit for the Smith this year you are looking pretty good right now. The Bitteroots have been getting clobbered all season, good news for that river and the lower Clark Fork.

Most of the lakes here northwest Montana outside the valley floors are still iced up. Bitteroot, Ashley, Rogers are still locked up. Valley floor lakes, Lake Blaine, Echo and the Flathead River sloughs are open.

NOAA is saying sunny and in the 60’s for the weekend.
